Reward Points Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Welcome Bonus

New users will receive 1,000 reward points upon successful registration.

2. Earning Points on Purchases

Customers earn 2 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.

Example: A $50 purchase earns 100 points.
Conversion Rate: 100 points = $1.00

3. Referral Bonus Program

When Customer X refers Customer Y, both customers are rewarded:

Once Customer Y’s first order is marked as Processing or Completed, both X and Y will receive 2,000 bonus points (equivalent to $20).
If customer Y’s order is cancelled, reward points will be deducted from both customers X and Y.

4. Referral Link Sharing

Each customer is provided with a unique referral link, which can be shared via social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and WhatsApp.

5. Using Reward Points at Checkout

a) Customers can redeem reward points during checkout.
b) There are no limitations on how many points can be used; redemption is based on the total order value.

6. Points Expiry Policy

All reward points will expire 365 days after the date they were earned.

7. Exclusions

Bundle products are excluded from points redemption at checkout.
