Payment
Payment can be done by:
- Interac e-Transfer
- Credit Card
For e-Transfer, you will receive an email with clear instructions on how to send payment. For credit card, you just need to provide card details for the payment.
Once you’ve placed your order, the next step in the process will be to submit an Interact E-Transfer. Your order will be kept on hold for 48 hours until we receive your payment. If the payment is not received within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled
Ordering
Payments take us up to one hour to process. Once processed, we will notify you via e-mail and send your tracking number followed by your order information.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after being placed. Our team assembles your order as soon as you place it. If you notice any error after placing your order, contact customer service at sales@budsandbeyond.ca

Shipping
Shipping rates highly depend on the province in which you are shipping to. We charge a flat shipping rate of $15 to orders from British Columbia, $18 to Alberta, Saskatchewan, and/or Manitoba. $20 to Ontario and we charge all other provinces a flat shipping rate of $23.
